Who Will Vote For Them

For the orphan, the juvenile and the dreamer,
Who will vote for them?

For the widow, the veteran and the senior,
Who will vote for them?

For the needy, the homeless and the immigrant,
Who will vote for them?

For the oppressed, the prisoner and the rejected,
Who will vote for them?

For the minority, the black and the redman,
Who will vote for them?

I will vote for them!

Listen to For King And Country—Together Song

“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
Excerpt from: “The New Colossus”
By: Emma Lazarus (1849–1887)

“We hold these truths to be self-evident,
That all men are created equal,
That they are endowed by their Creator
With certain unalienable Rights,
That among these are Life,
Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Excerpt from: Declaration of Independence
