Climate Change

I’ve traveled across many galaxies.
I’ve seen stars glow bright
And others go dim.
It’s also been my experience,
That a sun burns hotter,
Before it burns out.
I’ve even seen frozen planets
Swallowed whole,
By the very same darkened hole.

Will America’s disregard for science be the end of its reign?

“First, this energy is not clean, green, renewable or sustainable. The sheer numbers of wind turbines, solar panels, and vehicle and backup batteries defy imagination.
President Biden intends to eradicate coal and natural gas for generating electricity, gasoline and diesel for powering vehicles, natural gas for smelting and manufacturing, and natural gas for heating, cooking and water heating in homes, hospitals, schools and businesses.
This would send America’s annual electricity requirement to almost 7.5 billion megawatt-hours per year by 2050. That’s nearly three times the fossil fuel portion of today’s U.S. electricity generation. It would require tens of thousands of wind turbines, billions of solar panels and billions of half-ton backup-power battery modules – sprawling across America…
But the turbines would require millions of tons of raw materials from hundreds of new mines – steel, aluminum, copper, fiberglass, concrete and others, whose extraction, processing and refining are energy- and land-intensive and highly polluting…
Moreover, every increase in “green” energy makes the United States more reliant on China which, like Russia, increasingly wields its energy, mineral and economic power as a weapon, to keep its client countries in line, dependent and subservient. Every increase makes us more complicit in slavery, eco-colonialism, environmental degradation and climate injustice.”

Commentary: Corporations and their government sympathizers are using global warming disputes as a smoke screen to hide the fact that we have a real air pollution problem (smog). They are framing global warming as fake news in order to kill 2 birds with 1 stone (global warming and pollution). They are hoping that the global warming alarmist, politicians and concerned citizens, will eventually tire of debating a no-win proposition. Those die-hard activists that do remain emotionally invested in the discussion will have no choice but to step up their efforts and become militant. The problem with this approach, is that while we are debating whether global warming is real, we are inadvertently overlooking any possible solutions to the underlying cause of the rise in atmospheric temperature. Ironically, instead of wasting our breath by arguing about a global warming problem that we cannot fix; we should instead be concentrating on improving our national air quality and protecting our communities from man-made pollutants.

Supreme Court restricts the EPA’s authority to mandate carbon emissions reductions

“As for you, my flock, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘I will judge between one sheep and another, and between rams and goats. Is it not enough for you to feed on the good pasture? Must you also trample the rest of your pasture with your feet? Is it not enough for you to drink clear water? Must you also muddy the rest with your feet? Must my flock feed on what you have trampled and drink what you have muddied with your feet?'” Bible, Ezekiel 34:17-19
