Louisiana doctors detail unintended consequences of state’s abortion ban
Libertine Roe v. Patriot Wade Analogy: The reason pro-life women hate pro-choice women is because they don’t want any loose women around their men. Women who have to depend on men, both emotionally and financially, naturally feel threatened by single women. Therefore if the cost of being loose is higher by eliminating abortion and birth control medication, the pro-life woman’s fear of losing her man is lower. It doesn’t matter if loose women are stigmatized by society and denied their civil rights, because it’s self preservation that really matters. It’s not that the christian nationalist woman is a saint and holier than the other woman, it’s just that her man, can’t be trusted not to stray, so she blames the lonely woman for her man’s infidelity. It’s not that patriots love the unborn, it’s that they hate unwed mothers, who have been duped by unpatriotic men. Since patriotic women don’t have a voice, they want an authoritarian government to punish pro-choice women by taking away their ability to choose, even if the fallout is that all women lose the same freedom. Since the patriotic woman can’t control her unpatriotic man, she wants to control the other woman, even if it means a fight to the death of the other woman. Commentaries: The punting of the abortion ruling to the states by the partisan justices was underhanded and cruel on their part. It only created more anger, pain and suffering for the women of society. These activist justices knew full well that it would cause more culture wars; it’s common knowledge, that’s the only strategy republicans have left, to win elections. So basically these right wing justices were campaigning for votes, for their republican allies to remain in power. Some global laws that affect all of the population like the Roe v. Wade decision need to stay at the federal level, because state government can only effectively legislate local issues. These authoritarian republicans believe, that if they can get away with imposing an uncivil laws on their state residents, they can force the issue on the whole country. All they do is create more division and confusion for the general public.
Wait a minute, since when does government give rights to the people, get it straight, the people give authority to the legislature, not the other way around, it’s government by the people, for the people. The only reason republicans passed this legislation is to intimidate the citizens from pursuing their civil rights and litigating health providers and insurance companies to death. They’re trying to embolden an increasing base of republican voters who are energized by wedge voting issues, such as moral outrage against abortion.
Authoritarian politicians are uncompromising when it comes to the medical needs of the female citizen, by implementing policies of zero tolerance for non-compliance that align with their dogmatic anti-abortion christian nationalist beliefs. They fear that if they allow them to claim medical exemptions, the state’s control of the public square will fall apart. As a deterrent, for society to not become immoral, they put in place systematical punishment for violations, by creating an abortion to prison pipeline. Instead of erring on the side of the patient and her doctor, they err on the side of tyranny, so that the females will stay in their lane. It’s too bad that sick, poor and defenseless women always end up suffering the most. These legislators firmly believe that it’s up to state to dominate them. Otherwise, how else are they going to maintain order?
